From luxury brands such as BMW to everyday products such as Diet Pepsi. Melanie’s advertising and design career has spanned a vast list of clients and continents.
In New York she set the city on fire- literally. The Mayor decided to cut funding to the New York Fire Department and close several fire houses. How did she help? Melanie projected fire on buildings all over the city, (including the Mayors home). NY was burning. The message; “Don’t call the fire department, call the Mayor”. The reaction from the media and public was amazing. The project saved fire houses and lives.
In London she worked on BMW, redefined Mini and created a Batchelors Cup-A-Soup “mini tv/ad series”, all of which became award winning campaigns.
In Paris she oversaw and created campaigns for regional and global brands in a fully integrated agency, with special focus of evolving brands into the beauty and fashion category.
With an international list of clients under her belt, she has been fortunate enough to create campaigns which have won awards at the Cannes Lion Awards Show, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, Communication Arts, Art Directors Club and British Television Awards.
Melanie has gained an immeasurable level of understanding of brand communication and entertainment integration beyond traditional medium. She has helped pitch, win and run accounts such as Diet Pepsi, Subaru, LG, and has worked at award winning agencies; Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Ogilvy, DDB, JWT, BBDO, Havas, (just to name a few).
